    The registered address is where all the action of the company takes place. Besides the registered office, the company can have a branch office, corporate office or administrative office. In case, the registered address of the office changes, the authorities have to be intimated of the new address. It is not as easy as it seems to have the change in office address. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs must know the registered address of the business, though the other addresses can be opened without intimation to the ministry.

    The change in the office address is determined by the following factors and clauses

    In relation to the above situations, a form called INC22 is to be filled and submitted to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.It should be filed within the 30 days of the resolution passed in the board meeting of the change in address.
