One person company, in other words OPC, can be closed through a fast-track exit scheme when the owner of the company thinks it is the time to call the whole business off. The condition for the closure is when the owner has not done any business within a year, counted from the date of incorporation, he can call for the closure of the company. The business has to be inoperative throughout the year. The reason for the closure could be that no subscribers to the business are active or paying for the services offered.
